Surefire Ways to Manage Pitta Dosha in Summer Season

Ayurveda is an ancient medical system that works by balancing the climate and individual qualities. When hot, humid weather arrives, the Ayurvedic strategy is to make one cool and calm as every season comes with its own attributes. Ayurveda believes that a specific dosha rules every season. For example, the summer season is governed by Pitta. Depending on the individual’s constitution, summer can increase the sense of internal harmony or can aggravate one of their innate tendencies. In this article, we will read about how to manage Pitta Dosha in the Summer season.

What is Pitta Dosha?

Pitta is among the three primary doshas in the body. It is governed by biological fire and is responsible for digestion along with metabolic and chemical reactions in the body. According to Ayurveda, Pitta controls metabolism, heat, and transformation in the body and mind. When Pitta gets imbalanced, it can cause a wide range of uncomfortable symptoms, resulting in various health disorders.
What are the Causes of Pitta Dosha?
Ayurveda believes that Pitta is made up of Jala (water) and Agni (fire). When the level of pitta increases, it may cause severe health issues called Pitta Doshas. Some of the common causes of Pitta Dosha are:

  • Staying or Working in hot temperature
  • Tension, stress
  • Poor lifestyle
  • Alcohol, smoking, junk food, and tea
  • Poor sleep

Why Does Pitta Dosha Take Place in the Summer Season?

In summer, pitta aggravation is in full power. It is most affected by the summer season because of the highest level of heat. On a hot sunny day, it can be easy for Pitta dosha to get out of control. When Pitta becomes out of control, you may suffer from high blood pressure, skin rashes, and heartburn. Moreover, you can also notice a temperament change such as feeling angry, frustrated, and irritated.

The oily, hot, and moist light and penetrating and pungent qualities of the season disturb the human body and mind. This is true if your primary constitution is Pitta.

What steps can be taken to prevent Pitta Dosha

By following a few steps, you can easily prevent Pitta Dosha without any hassle. Let’s have a look at these surefire ways to avoid Pitta Dosha in the summer season.

Consuming Pitta pacifying foods

A Pitta Pacifying diet such as food that is astringent, sweet, and bitter helps pacify Pitta.
Apples, melon, cabbage, papaya, cauliflower, bell pepper, and ripe grapes should be a part of your diet.
Include grains like rice, wheat, oats, quinoa, and pasta in your diet
Legumes such as split peas, black beans, lentils, and white beans should be included in your diet.
Add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and almonds to your diet.
Avoid eating heavy foods that are difficult to digest
Eat vegetables and fruits an hour before a meal or maybe after.
Includes spices such as cumin, fennel, coriander, and turmeric to your foods
Drink enough water and be hydrated.

Herbs to Reduce Pitta Effect in Summer

Ayurveda offers a wide range of remedies for Pitta dosha imbalance. These herbs are very effective and safe for consumers. The following are the Pitta Pacifying herbs:

  • Amla helps in cleansing Pitta from the digestive system
  • Neem is one of the best herbs to manage Pitta dosha
  • Triphala
  • Kalyanaka Gritham,a medicated ghee
  • Jeera or cumin seeds
  • Cardamom or Elaichi

Yoga and Exercises to Calm Pitta Doshas

Yoga and exercise help increase body heat. It is vital to do Pitta pacifying Yoga that cools your body instead of heating it up. It is suggested to do Yoga early in the morning or evening. Some of the most effective Yogasana that can help reduce Pitta are:

  • Balasana or Child Pose
  • Marjaryasana
  • Bhujangasana or cobra
  • Jathara Parivartanasana or Spinal Twist

Besides Yoga, breathing exercises such as Pranayam are also very effective to pacify Pitta. In addition, Sheetali Pranayama, which involves inhaling from the mouth and exhaling from the nose, is also effective and helpful.

Understanding the Concept of Panchakarma to Lead Healthy Lifestyle

According to Ayurveda, Ama (toxins) is the internal cause of all diseases as it aggravates Kapha, Pitta, and Vata doshas. Therefore, to prevent diseases, it is vital to help the body eliminate ama. In order to restrict ama production in the body, Ayurveda suggests putting a person on a proper cleansing program such as Panchkarma. Although many people think that Panchkarma is the entire procedure, it is a part of therapy belonging to a cleansing procedure class called Shodhana. Certainly, Panchkarma plays a vital role in leading a healthy life. Wondering how? Let’s get an answer to this question in detail.

What is Panchkarma?

Panchkarma is derived from Sanskrit, which means five treatments or five actions. It is an effective means to flush ama out of the body by rejuvenating and cleaning the mind and body. Panchkarma uses five methods that assure to detoxify the body and making it healthy.

Vamana

This treatment is ideal for patients with Kapha dominant body. The patient is given internal and external oleation and fomentation treatments that include Ayurvedic medicines and therapies. Vamana is best for those suffering from anxiety, hyperacidity, asthma, and weight gain.

Virechan

Virechan is Prescribed especially for dominant pitta conditions like jaundice, herpes zoster, celiac infection, etc. In this therapy, patients are given a natural purgative in order to purify toxins from the body.

Basti

Basti has many benefits when it comes to chronic and convoluted diseases. It uses herbal oil enema to heal the body. This therapy uses ghee, milk, or homegrown decoctions into the rectum. This therapy is ideal for Vata dominant conditions such as piles, arthritis, constipation, and more.

Nasya

This therapy is really powerful in purging and clearing the head area. It includes gentle massage of the shoulder and head area. Afterward, nasal drops are dropped in both nostrils. These drops effectively clean the head area and eliminate headaches, sleep disorders, sinusitis, neurological disorders, and respiratory problems.

Raktamokshan

This is an effective treatment useful for blood cleansing and helps treat conditions caused due to blood impurities. It can be done either for the whole body or any specific affected area. Raktamokshan is useful, especially for different skin issues such as dermatitis, psoriasis, etc.

What is the Ideal way of Carrying out Panchkarma?

Depending on the facility you choose, the Panchkarma program can vary slightly. It is done under the supervision of an Ayurvedic practitioner. The program is tailored to the constitution of the patient’s body and mind to get most of it. Basically, there are three major components of the Panchkarma program. These are:

  • Poorva Karma (Preparation phase)
  • Pradhana Karma (Principal Phase)
  • Paschat Karma (Post-therapy phase)

Poorva Karma (Preparation Phase)

In this phase, your body is prepared to eliminate imbalances of doshas. It includes steps that help the body release stored toxicity. During this phase, a patient has to go through the following steps:

Pachan Karma- Partaking and fasting of herbs so patients can easily digest liquified butter (ghee) to dissolve fat-soluble toxins.
Snehan Karma- In this step, a patient is given an increased dose of medicated ghee to stimulate toxins liquefaction.
Swedan Karma- This step involves steam bathing and deep Ayurvedic massage to open body channels to facilitate the movement of the digestive tract.

Pradhana Karma (Principal Phase)

During the Pradhana karma phase, the main focus is to remove toxins (ama) from the body. This is where the five Panchkarma therapies would be used.

Vamana is the first step of Panchakarma therapy, in which you will be given herbal ghee to drink. Kapha foods such as milk, sweets, black gram, and yogurt are given on the first day. Then large quantities of natural herb purgatives like decoctions, licorice, and saline are given to cleanse the stomach, liver, chest, and intestinal tract. Then around 4-8 cups of liquid are given. Most patients start throwing it up, and if someone doesn’t, they will be asked to stimulate their throat back to activate the gag reflex. The vomit helps bring up digested food, drinks, bile, mucus foam, gerbs, and then vitiate bio energies. This therapy makes the patient feel relieved and light.

Virechana is done after Vamana. It cleans sticky Kapha and acidic Pitta toxins. The body draws these endotoxins from the gallbladder, spleen, and liver, eliminating them through small intestines. After the Kapha-Pitta dominant toxins settle down in the small intestines, they show symptoms such as rashes, diarrhea, acne, allergies, liver problems, etc. Virechana takes 1-3 days, depending on the condition of the patient. It also supports snehana oleation therapies. The patient must have a strong digestive Agni to reap benefits from Virechana drugs. This therapy helps in bringing the best feeling of lightness into the body.

Basti enema has half of the treatment in itself. In this Panchakarma therapy, the urethra, urinary bladder, and colon are flushed, nourished, and rinsed with herbal oils and decoctions. This therapy is carried out on patients who have issues due to their Vata origins. There are basically three times of Basti: Anuvaasana, an oil-based enema given to people with high Vata. Niruha Basti is offered in the morning or afternoon after lunch. Uttara Vasti is for cleaning the urinary bladder and urethra.

Basti is a safe process and creates a sense of well-being. It makes the body feel great relief and light.
Nasya is a therapy in which an Ayurvedic physician uses healing oils or Sneha with herbal extracts to the shoulders, throat, and head channels. The herbs go through the Shringaataka marma spot at the head base, moving through the micro-capillaries and veins in the head and face. It brings the dosha energies back to the Sattvic harmony. The different types of Nasya are : Virechana Nasya, Brinhana, Shamana Nasya, Pratimarshya Nasya, Marshya Nasya, and Pradhamana. It is only given to those who are strong enough to handle the therapy. In this therapy, the physician put 6-10 drops in the nostrils. The patient has to stay in bed until he/she feels fresh and alert. When done correctly, it helps one feel energetic and provides sound sleep.

Raktamosksha is the final panchakarma therapy that helps in purifying blood. If you have heavy metal content in the blood, have severe toxicity and inflammation, a few raktamokshana therapies can help. These are Pracchana which needs micro-needling, Siravyadha which is done by using a syringe. Jalauka uses leeches. This therapy is ideal for underweight, anemic, have asthma, menstruation problems, impotence, etc.

How can Panchkarma Help in Fighting Diseases?

Panchkarma plays a vital role in flushing out toxins from the body that are responsible for various ailments. Today, as a toxic environment and stress affect mental and physical states causing various diseases and damaging wellness and health, Ayurveda is a rescuer. It works on the following objective:

Swasthasya Swasthya Rakshanam AthurasyaVikaraPrashmanam”

Swasthya Rakshanam means that healthy people should maintain their wellbeing, and AthurasyaVikaraPrashmanam means unhealthy people should be freed from diseases. Here Panchkarma plays a vital role. It provides instant relief by expelling out harmful toxins from the body and detoxifying it. Moreover, this therapy also maintains the proper balance of doshas, immune system, digestive fire, health conditions, life span, and other factors. It helps the body in various ways such as:

  • Restoring Metabolic fire (Agni)
  • Boosting the immunity levels of the body
  • Balancing three doshas – Kapha, Pitta, and Vata.
  • Implementing a healthy lifestyle through a healthy diet
  • Improves tolerance, relaxation and reduces stress.

How can Panchkarma Help in Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle?

Panchkarma is an effective Ayurvedic therapy that supports the constitutional harmony of the body and mind while promoting overall immunity, energy, and cellular rejuvenation. The key to a healthy body is to remove all toxins from the body and re-establish the constitutional balance of equilibrium dhatus (metabolism) and doshas. In order to achieve this, Ayurveda has advocated a few treatments and regimental modalities like Vega Adharana, Rasayana Vajikarana, Dincharya, and Panchkarma. The five therapies in Panchakarma cleanse the body toxins after lubricating it. This treatment is effective, unique, and includes promotive, curative, and preventing action for various diseases.

Panchkarma, as a habit.

If you are looking for a therapy or treatment that helps in blood purification, de-stressing, and supports metabolism, Panchakarma is the right therapy for you. It is an effective treatment that works from weight loss to getting healthier hair, glowing skin, a calmer mind, and treating various diseases. When you make it a part of your life, you will see how your health improves. The treatment helps clean the secretion and excretion channels and optimize the movements of hormones, blood, lymph, and electric conductivity of motor and sensory neurons. It removes dead cells from the skin and gives you a flawless look. Anyone can go for Panchakarma treatment. If you have some disease, it can provide curative benefits. If you are healthy, it will have detox and rejuvenating effects on the body.

Conclusion

I, Guru Manish believe that Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy helps you to be healthy from the inside out. Therefore, at Shuddhi Ayurveda, I provide the most effective Panchakarma Therapy that helps in balancing your doshas while removing toxins from the body. How Exercises Help in Balancing your Dosha?

It’s no secret that exercise has several advantages. But did you know that the good Agni stimulant is exercise? Yes, exercise promotes digestion, which is the foundation of good health! In addition, exercise improves immune function and promotes resistance to illness.

Moreover, it also cleans the channels, stimulates blood circulation, and aids in toxins removal. Regular exercise can lift your health, mentally and physically, while reducing anxiety, worry, and tension symptoms.

When you exercise outside, your prana, or life power, increases. Spending time in nature, walking, hiking, cycling, and doing yoga are just a few of the activities that may help you get the advantages of sunshine and fresh air. However, in the summer, you should avoid exercising in the middle of the day, and in the winter, make sure to dress warmly. As you are aware, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to Ayurveda. Continue reading for some dosha-specific advice.

In Ayurveda, there are three types of doshas- Vata, Kapha, and Pitta. It is important to understand which exercises are effective for the individual dosha balance.

Best Vata Exercises

Vatas benefit from gentle, low-impact exercise such as yoga, particularly hot, yin, and restorative yoga. Exercise relieves their anxiety, but it is easy for them to become hooked to excessive exercise, which exhausts them and briefly keeps them from overthinking. Many Vatas prefer running, but it can cause tension on their joints, which can be harmful. Swimming, walking, and cycling are all low-impact activities. Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and pranayama are breath-focused therapies that assist Vatas in regulating their prana.

The best movements to balance Vata are:

  • Mild, regular exercise is essential!
  • Vata will benefit from activities that are watery, flowing, and on the ground, such as swimming, gentle/moderate hiking, dancing, stand-up paddleboarding, or barre.
  • Restorative yoga will also help to support Vata’s delicacy. In moderation, a slow, grounded vinyasa or hatha yoga practice will be relaxing for Vata.
  • Gardening will also be relaxing and grounding to Vata because it incorporates the earth element. Bouldering will have the same impact.
  • While fast-paced sports may appeal to Vatas, they are not the most balanced for their constitution.
  • Avoid working out in the wind.
  • Best Pitta Exercises

When it comes to exercise, Pittas enjoy challenges. They enjoy team sports, a healthy amount of competition and are careful not to overexert themselves. Swimming and Yoga styles based on alignments, such as Hatha and Iyengar, are also popular and effective.

Hiking, interval training, cycling, and other goal-oriented activities appeal to Pitta’s drive. Physical activity is an important channel for Pitta’s drive, clear focus, and achievement – as well as a way to release extreme pressure while also accepting challenges.

Moderate, dense, and cooling will be beneficial for Pitta such as moderate swimming, yoga, weight lifting, Pilates, winter sports, as well as Yin yoga.

Or those that require intense concentration and strategy, such as rock climbing and mountain biking.

Limit overly competitive sports, as Pitta tends to overdo it. While competitive sports may appeal to pittas, they are not the most balanced for their constitution. When participating in team sports, know your limits and practice engaging in healthy competition – the ability to cultivate a healthy relationship with competition is a sign of a more balanced Pitta.
Avoid exercising in direct sunlight.

Best Kapha Exercises

Kapha, more than any other dosha, benefits from vigorous, intense exercise on a daily basis. To overcome the sleep heaviness, it is best, to begin with, a morning workout. Kaphas are unstoppable once they get started and can maintain this momentum throughout the day. Cardio, vigorous yoga, and group workouts are all excellent choices for Kapha people. Find a fun way to work out every day.
Exercise is essential for Kapha because it boosts energy, keeps excess weight off the body, and prevents depression.
Kapha will benefit from light, sharp, hot, rough, and mobile movement, such as:

  • Arduous hiking
  • Cycling Aerobics, cardio dance (such as Zumba), or kickboxing are all examples of cardio exercises.
  • A strong vinyasa yoga practice, or even hot yoga, is generally balanced for your Kapha.

Jogging — but keep in mind that while running is especially good for your Kapha, it can be a little aggravating for anyone’s Vata, especially if the path is concrete. So instead, consider running on a soft path or walking a couple of mornings a week.
While sedentary physical activities are appealing to Kaphas, they are not needed to balance for their constitution.
Kaphas should avoid eating for at least 1-2 hours before exercising. Because those with Kapha predominance have a tendency toward Mandagni or slow digestion, we should exercise with a full stomach with caution. However, eating right before working out is not good for anyone’s digestion.
For every dosha balance, it is suggested to do exercise daily for half an hour to one hour. But here’s the exciting part: according to Ayurvedic philosophy, you should only exercise about half your maximum capacity. This is because energetic exercise can drain subtle life essences, and excessive energy is frequently mentioned in ancient Ayurvedic texts as a cause of disease.
As you begin your new physical activity routine, keep in mind that exercise is an opportunity to connect with and care for your body. This is not about exercising control over your body or attempting to “lose weight.” Instead, by renewing your commitment to a form of movement that you enjoy or committing to trying something new, you can practice working with (rather than against) your body.

Wrapping the post

I, Ayurvedic Guru Manish, believe that working out in nature is one of the best ways to exercise rather than in an artificial environment. This has a profoundly positive effect on our overall well-being and assists us in remaining in tune with nature. Remember that you are nature, so this will help you reconnect with yourself.
Keep your earbuds out while exercising in the great outdoors. Please do not check out while working out; check-in instead. Listen to the sounds of the birds, the wind, and the leaves. Allow yourself to take deep breaths and absorb your surroundings. Feel the flow of prana, your vital life energy, through your body and mind.

Tips for Healthy Lifestyle | What are the Best Ways and Times to Eat Nuts, Seeds & Pulses?

Tips for Healthy Lifestyle (best ways & times to eat nuts, seeds & pulses?)

Tips for Healthy Lifestyle, Nuts and dry fruit are prominent foods in the Human diet. it should be to soak nuts and seeds for better protein absorption, better gut health. Learn from Our expert Acharya Manish Ji.

Why should you soak nuts and seeds? (ड्राई फ्रूट्स को खाने से पहले भिगोना चाहिए या नहीं?)

It is very important to soak the seeds or grains that we eat for at least 6-8 hours(Tips for Healthy Lifestyle). This is a common mistake that we make, because of which Indians suffer from diseases like diabetes, cancer, and joint achesWheat grains should be soaked for 6 hours, dried, and then turned into flour. This wheat being breaded is not as good as we used to get before. This is because over the years several experiments have been attempted on the grains. So the wheat that we eat now, fills our stomach, gives us carbohydrates but does not provide nutrition

It is the same with rice. If you want to cook rice, it should be soaked for about 6-8 hours. But we don’t do that. How long do you soak rice before cooking? Or Can you soak rice overnight for biryani? 30 mins?

If you want to eat rice in the morning, you should keep them in the water at night. If you want to eat at night, keep them in water in the morning. Even the cereals and pulses should be soaked for 6-8 hours, or बीजों को 4 से 6 घंटे तक ठंडे पानी में भिगोना otherwise, their toxins can be harmful to us.

But why should we do this? Even almonds, and cashews.  ड्राई फ्रूट्स खाने का सही समय क्या है? All the dry fruits should be soaked in water before eating. If you want to eat 5 almonds, put them in water at night. They have toxins, it was designed to protect them from animals. But when you soak it in water the toxins are removed.

The water that the rice or grains were soaked in should never be used. Throw the water.  First time in Chandigarh, an integrated medical sciences hospital has been established, named HIIMS.  It is a hospital and institute cum integrated sciences, where ayurvedic, homeopathy, allopathy, and naturopathy treatments are used to treat the patient.

A broad category of people can be at risk of Vitamin D deficiency. Among them, few are breastfed infants since mother’s milk is a poor source of Vitamin D. Older adults may also develop this deficiency because they are more likely to stay indoors. In addition, people with a specific metabolic syndrome like obesity and a condition of osteoporosis may have vitamin D deficiency.

Apart from spending quality time, one can include vitamin D-rich supplements in the diet. For vitamin D deficiency treatment, one may have fatty fish, salmon or tuna, eggs, and cod liver oil. Mushrooms are also source of vitamin D. One may opt for a healthier option in milk like soy or almond, and oat milk.

Thank you.

I will meet you soon in the following video with the new topic again.

Acupressure Points In Palm | Exercise | Claping | You Should Press Points Daily

Acupressure Points In Palm | Exercise | एक्यूप्रेश पॉइंट

Acupressure Points In Palm, Now we will do an acupressure exercise. This should always be the right way to clap. You can feel pressure on certain points on your palm. Can you feel it? These are your acupressure points. This will benefit your flow. Whenever we sing devotional songs we always clap. There is a logic behind this, we don’t do it just because we are told to do so.

When you wake up in the morning, the first thing you should do is press the point between your thumb and index finger. This helps heal nerval problems like cervical. This is a very good exercise, that should be done daily.

The other thing you should do after waking up is to press the tips of your fingers. This would help you lead a healthy life.

Acupressure is another mode of traditional Chinese medicine that uses manual pressure on specific points. It is known to help relieve symptoms of early pregnancy and muscle pain.
It is still a mystery how acupressure works. But it is believed that it releases endorphins that are mood lifters. Also, according to traditional mythology, there are invisible pathways of energy called meridians. By pressing g the proper pressure points in the body, this invisible energy flows in the body and relieves pain.

There are different pressure points on the palm that can help in relieving pain. For example, by pressing the tip of the thumb, symptoms like cold, sneezing, and chill alleviate. In addition, pressing the heart 7 points on the palm prevents insomnia, anxiety, depression, and heart disease. Even migraine can help by pressing at inner gate point.

Dengue Fever(Ayurvedic Treatment): डेंगू रोग के आयुर्वेदिक उपाय

Dengue Ayurvedic Treatment, In this video SimpliHealth expert Acharya Manish Ji is talking about ayurvedic treatment for dengue fever or डेंगू रोग के आयुर्वेदिक उपाय by choosing a healthy diet. This is cinnamon (dalchini), turmeric (haldi), avla, ginger (adrak), bay leaf (tej patta), and this is giloye. You can take this size. Boil all these ingredients two times a day and give them to malaria or dengue patients to recover the number of lost platelets. Weakness and level of hemoglobin also improve by only having this drink twice a day. These ingredients are not so costly and are available in your house easily.

The mosquito bites a lot of people, but not all of them get ill with dengue. It is only the people who have low immunity or a side effect from some medication they are taking that fall sick. Only these people suffer from platelet reduction, weakness, and low hemoglobin levels.

What to do if platelets drop? Or प्लेटलेट्स गिरने पर क्या करें?

Today listen carefully, if you have any symptoms of malaria, chikungunya, dengue, or corona, then you should not eat food for 2 to 3 days and also avoid rice, wheat and milk items.

What to eat in Dengue Fever?(डेंगू में क्या खाना चाहिए?)

You should only eat fruits, drink coconut water, mausmbi juice, or eat green leafy vegetables. And make dalchini, haldi, avla, adrak, tej pata, and giloye, boil them, and have this drink 2 or 4 times a day. And you can also add neem or papaya leaves. This can save you or your loved one from malaria, chikungunya, or dengue. If you go to a hospital, you might be spending a lot of money as they hook the patient up to glucose or oxygen and other complicated things. People sell their houses, cars, and jewelry to pay the hospital bills. And this is why I have taught you some new and easy methods to cure these diseases.  Now you have to spread this video as much as possible so that every person is aware of it, as malaria and dengue are rising currently. The patient should not even eat for 2-3 days, only light food intake like mausambi/fruit juice, herbal tea,  warm water or coconut water, or any other green juice. The patient should avoid milk and yogurt. If necessary, drink coconut milk.

So now it is your duty to spread and share this video as much as possible.

How to Healthy Eating | Reverse Diabetes Naturally | Benefits of Healthy Diet | खाना खाने का सही ढंग

How to Healthy Eating : Reverse Diabetes Naturally (खाना खाने का सही ढंग?)

How to Healthy Eating, fruits can cure diabetes. Never eat food in a hurry. Always chew your food properly and choose a healthy lifestyle.

How to Healthy Eating (Reverse Diabetes Naturally), Like you said earlier, one should eat fruits before breakfast. So my question is should we take fruits or salad? Which would have better results?

You can eat both. But fruits definitely help better. Eating fruits for breakfast can cure diabetes.

If we have breakfast at 8:30, so are we supposed to eat fruits at 7:30?

No. you must eat the fruits along with your breakfast.  Suppose you eat breakfast at 8:30 in the morning. Then eat a plate of fruits (in grams) ten times your weight. And then after you finish your plate of fruits you can eat your meals, whatever you want like Dalia, Parathe, Padoke, Roti Chawal, etc. there should be no gap between the two. You should eat Roti, Chawal, Dalia whatever, immediately after fruits. There should be no gap.

How to Healthy Eating (Reverse Diabetes Naturally)

Secondly, you said that the first part of the lunch should be salad.

Yes. Your weight is multiplied by 5gms. For example, if you weigh 60 kgs then eat 300gms salad. You can also eat fruits and salad mixed.

And for dinner? Dinner is the same as lunch. For dinner also you can eat a mix of fruits and salad, whatever is available at your home. But salad could give you better results.

There are food items that increase (1:31). Like one should not eat radish at night.

It’s only restricted for the nighttime, right?

So we should eat by 7 pm?

I will now tell you certain things that apply to everyone. If you want to not fall ill or contract any disease, these things I will tell you would help. No matter what disease you have these tips would be helpful for you.  Always chew your food properly. Do not eat in a hurry no matter if you’re sick or not. If you adapt to this, your chances of falling ill would become very less. And if you are sick then you would start getting better. Never eat in a hurry. Always chew properly when you eat. And eat a small morsel of food.

Now people always get confused about how big a bit they should take. The roti is only to fill the sabji in. and the bite of the roti should be the size of your thumbnail, i.e. 1cm x 1cm. And this tiny bite should be chewed 32 times.

If you master this, then the enzymes in your mouth like the saliva, amylase, etc.(tainin, lypin). All these go into your stomach and provide nourishment in every bite. So you should always chew 32 times and take small bites.on days when you don’t feel good, you are angry, you had a fight, you cry or are under pressure, that day you should skip your meal.

Ayurvedic Treatment for Allergy | एलर्जी के लिए आयुर्वेदिक उपचार | Fresh Oxyzone

Ayurvedic Treatment for Allergy (एलर्जी के लिए आयुर्वेदिक उपचार)

Ayurvedic Treatment for Allergy ,What is an allergy? Our body is designed to digest and excrete the food that we eat. So we inhale, and we exhale. Our body is designed that way.

How do the pollutants we inhale come out of our bodies?

We have been taught that we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. So, now you breathe in good quality oxygen, but the question is, how do you exhale the polluted air?

This air is absorbed in our blood, and this is how some small amount of dirt and infectious particles stay in our bodies, as the body cannot exhale all the dirt out.

Now, this remaining dirt keeps circulating in the body. The smallest part of our body is the cell. So these infectious particles affect our body at a cellular level. And this impurity in the blood shows its effects outside on the skin in the form of Itching or red rashes.

So one needs to detoxify from the inside to cure these problems within 2-3 months. After that, there is no need to take any medication. The allopathic medicines are given to the patient are to suppress the disease and not cure it.

People who have allergies can ask around and conclude that these medicines cure it for the time being, and after that, these problems start again after 3-4 years. This is because the problem wasn’t eradicated from the root. It was only suppressed for a short while.

So it is nothing to worry about. You’ve given five years to allopathy now. You can give five months to Ayurveda and see the treatment work.

Often people confuse allergy with the common cold. It is evident as both conditions share common symptoms like runny and itchy nose. It is accompanied by rashes, vomiting, fever, and headache. But one must understand that allergy is an immune reaction of the body towards particular allergens. The most common allergens are seasonal, like dust, pollen grain, termites, kitchen smells, chemicals, molds, etc. In addition, kids develop food allergies (cow milk, wheat allergy, soy, shellfish, and peanuts). Allergies can be hereditary, too, and may pass from one generation to another.

Best Morning Breakfast | सुबह का ऊर्जावान नाश्ता कैसे करे | Tips

Best Morning Breakfast (सुबह का ऊर्जावान नाश्ता )

Best Morning Breakfast, I promised you in the previous video to discussing the food which will help you stay healthy and lead you to success.  One crucial thing to remember is that food has to be consumed after taking a bath. But, unfortunately, a lot of people, especially the youngsters, take a bath after they have had their food. This can lead you down the path of diseases. So one should never forget to eat after you have taken a bath.

The breakfast should be filling and should provide you energy throughout the day. You should try and have your breakfast before 9 am.  When we wake up, the quality of enzymes in our body for about one and half hours is very rich.  If you are very healthy, the food would be a bowl of fruit, ten times your weight (in grams). For example, you weigh 70 kgs. Multiply it by 10, i.e., 700. So you should consume 700 g of fruit. If you are 50kgs, then eat 500g. If you are 60kgs, then eat 600g.

Best Morning Breakfast, If not fruit, then drinks coconut water. With this, you can eat chapati, khichdi, dalia, chawal, or anything you want.

One thing to remember is that the food should be different each day. Just like we change our clothes daily, we should eat other foods for breakfast as well. Some people eat chapati’s or parathas every day, but the body needs everything, every day. The body requires vitamins A, B, C, D, and E. And you’ll get it if you eat a variety of food daily.

Eat different food every day, but a bowl full of fruits is a must for breakfast.

Five types of fruits in a big plate should be your plate 1 for breakfast. And then plate two can be whatever you wish to eat. So there should be no gap between plates 1 and 2.

You should always chew properly when you eat. You should never eat in a hurry. And I would want you to spread this message all over India. Share how you get rid of diseases by simply just changing your breakfast habits.

Thank you.

How to Increase Vitamin D and B12 Naturally | विटामिन डी और बी-12 कमी को कैसे पूरा करें

How to Increase Vitamin D and B12

How to Increase Vitamin D and B12, This is a very interesting fact. Having a vitamin D deficiency increases the chances of vitamin B12 deficiency by 90%. The person would have low calcium as well. If you want your vitamin D to bounce back to normal, you should avoid milk and milk-made products for 30 days. This will help you increase vitamin D and B12 levels naturally.

Now the question arises how is this possible?

When you did not drink milk, then how did the vitamin level fall? And how will, not consuming milk increase vitamin D?

Listen carefully now. A large amount of your liver’s energy is used to digest the dairy products you consume. So if you avoid milk and dairy products for 30 days, then the body gets time to remove the toxins from your body.

And the second thing is that you will have to fast for one whole day. You can eat fruits or salad.  Or you can add a big plate of fruits or salad to your diet. This will help with vitamin D deficiency without any sachet or tablets.

This is because all the vegetables and fruits are grown in nature under direct sunlight. And if all this naturally grown food goes inside your body, your body will get adequate vitamin D. This, in turn, will help maintain your vitamin B12, calcium, and iron.

It is the essential function of vitamin D to absorb Calcium and promote the growth of bones. Its deficiency in kids causes bone-related diseases like rickets. Help your brain: Vitamin B12 is good for the overall health of the human brain.
Vitamin D is essential, especially in growing age of kids, as it helps Calcium absorption. Adequate calcium absorption promotes bone growth, and its deficiency might cause rickets. It also helps in keeping away depression and brings soulful mental and physical health. In addition, Vitamin B 12 helps in brain development and aids in the body’s metabolism. It can even protect you from dementia in old age.

Thank you, wait for the following video, where we talk about solutions to some other problem.

Navratri Fasting Rules | Health Benefits in Hindi | नवरात्रि उपवास के नियम

Navratri Fasting Rules Health Benefits (नवरात्रि उपवास के नियम)

Happy Navratri to everyone. Navratri fasting rules, Navratri Fasting Rules, Navratri is about to begin. Navratri is a Sanskrit word, which means nine nights. In these nine nights and ten days, the nine goddesses are worshiped. And the 10th day is famously called Dussehra. Navratri comes four times a year. Paush, Chaitra, Ashad, and Ashwin. A majority of Indians do Navratri fast. But some people think of it as pomp.

If we look at it from a scientific point of view, then fasting is very beneficial for our bodies. This is because fasting helps clean and detoxify our bodies. And even Ayurveda says, ‘langhan param aushadh’. Which means fasting is the best medicine.

The Japanese scientist Yoshinori Ohsumi won a Nobel Prize in 2016 for his theory that fasting helps with diseases like cancer, hepatitis, liver failure, etc.

There is another scripture in the Ayurveda that says, ‘sarveshanam roganam nivedanm krupita mala.’ This translates to, ‘the cause of every disease is the toxins in our body.’

And fasting during Navratri is the best way to get rid of this toxin in your body. So during this Navratri, you must try and fast as well.

The Correct Way of Fasting

Navratri Fasting Rules, This will help cleanse your body. But it is very important to know how to fast correctly. Fasting does not mean that you can eat fried potato chips and rice. In our research, we have observed that people tend to make various food items during fasting, and plates are handed out at restaurants.

Fasting means you only have to eat fruits, salad and drink fresh juice and coconut water. This will help detoxify your body and boost your immunity. Eat the food that does not spend energy to get digested instead, eat food that helps clean the body. Navratri is directly linked to Ayurved. Now I will tell you how Navratri and Ayurved are connected. Let’s celebrate Navratri the correct way and learn more about it.

In the end, I would like to say that you should fast, keep your body clean and be, and get rid of diseases. And boost your immunity along with it. The best way to boost your immunity is to fast. If we fast and keep our stomachs empty, then the production of antibodies or good bacteria. These favorable bacteria help fight diseases. Thank you.

Indian Toilet vs Western Toilet | Which Toilets are Better?

Indian Toilet vs Western Toilet (भारतीय शौचालय vs विदेशी शौचालय कौन सा अधिक उपयोगी?)

Indian Toilet vs Western Toilet, He knows everything about constipation. In this video, I(Guru Manish)will explain how a small issue like constipation can lead to cancer or tumor. Due to the lifestyle in today’s time, people suffer from constipation, IBS, colon cancer, appendicitis, piles, fissure, fistula, etc. Have you ever thought about the food that you put in your body, you exercise but still suffer from stomach problems?  The main reason is your toilet seat. Let me explain(Indian Toilets vs Western Toilets) it is a very simple formula, this is our stomach. The intestines do like this. This is your head, your stomach, and your intestines, the food goes through this, here and then it goes like this. See this.

Benefits of the Indian toilet seat:

It is also called a squat position. When you sit like this the thighs put pressure on your stomach. This way all the waste is pushed out of the body. And the parasitic movement of the intestines is improved as well. You make an angle of 35degree with your torso and thighs when you sit in a squat position. Whereas the angle is 90degree when you sit on the western toilet.

The squat position is also good for blood circulation. In this, the puborectalis muscle is completely relaxed. Whereas, when you sit on the western toilet the muscles get choked. Which results in the incomplete excretion of waste. And due to this, people fall ill very often. Not only this people also suffer from diabetes, BP, backache, and joint pain.

You don’t have to do anything. Everything happens on its own. You sit like this it puts pressure on your stomach and intestines. And then slowly, slowly. According to Vedic science, the squat position is 100% scientific. It was called ukdu style. But due to western culture, our ways of doing things became different.

(movie scene)

You do not have to sit like Amitabh Bachan on the seat. What you have to do is, put a stool under your feet when you sit on the seat. Place the stool so that you make an angle of 35degrees. When you sit in a squat position you do not have to put a lot of pressure therefore it does not hurt your intestines, which avoids diseases like receptor collapse. My goal here is to empty your bowls and advice ways for easy excretion methods. There are a lot of churans available in the market for digestion. But I advise you not to buy them on your own. Always consult a doctor and get to the bottom of the problem and then treat it accordingly.

So I would suggest that you use the squat method, use the western toilet but sit in the squat position. If you think that the western way is good for you then try to sit in the squat method and see the difference for yourself. The waste that you do not excrete and keep inside, causes stomach problems and harms the intestines. This would save you from going to the doctor with problems like piles, fistula. If you want to live a healthy life then start accepting the old Indian methods. Follow the western culture but inculcate the Indian ways in them. Sit on the western seat but all you have to do is put a stool under your feet. Thank you.

How to Stop Overeating | ओवरईटिंग कैसे रोकें? | घरेलु नुस्खे

How to Stop Overeating : (ओवरईटिंग कैसे बंद करें?)

How to Stop Overeating, In this video, SimpliHealth ayurvedic expert Acharya Manish Ji is explaining the best ways to stop overeating(ओवरईटिंग कैसे बंद करें?), a method, a system that helps you make your body feel healthier, your organs happy, and help build a healthier nation. Also our expert answers to a very common question that people usually ask “Overeating se kaise bache ” and “How to control overeating in hindi?”.

Tips to stop Overeating

Step-1

Whenever you go to a wedding or a party, carry a small bag with you.  When you go to eat at a stall, eg. if you eat 2 pani puri, you put the bag, if you go to eat tikki next, put that in the bag as well. As it is. Then you put everything you eat in the bag as well. If you eat one piece of the crispy starter then you put it in the bag as well. You put everything you eat in the bag and make sure you put the same amount of food you ate in the bag as well. Then when it comes to the main course, you take 2-3 sabzi, rice, dal and put the same amount in the bag. Then you eat dessert, ice cream or gulab jamun and then put the same in your bag.  If at the end you eat a paan, you put one paan in your bag as well.

Step-2

Now you come home and you feel weird in your stomach. Don’t worry, just look in the bag you had with you. Take a photo of it. Take a closer look at the big bag of food that you filled. The same amount of food is in your stomach as well. But you think that you have functioning organs like the kidneys and liver, the heart. They will work all night to digest the amount of food that you ate at the party.

Step-3

Then at night you sleep and wake up the next morning, now what you have to do is to take a look at the bag that you filled yesterday. When you do so, you will notice that the bag of the food starts to smell. It probably would have flies, insects, cockroaches, and mosquitoes around the bag. Looking at the bag you must have an idea of what would be happening in your stomach.

This is the reason why people in India suffer from liver failure, kidney problems, are on heavy medication for BP, diabetes, or thyroids. This is because we eat, eat, and go on overeating. So let us now decide and start a new resolution. We would think before eating anything at functions or parties. This would not only help you be healthy but it would also help save a lot of food. In a way, you would be contributing to help eradicate hunger.

What we overlook is organ damage. The average lifespan of an Indian is 66 years, whereas that of the Japanese is 84 years, Singapur is 83 years, 79 years in China, 72 years in America.

So if you do not want to die at the age of 66, practice this technique. Whenever you go to a party, carry a bag with you. Put the food that you eat in the bag as well. And when you look at the bag after coming home you will understand how hard your organs have to work to digest all the food that you eat. Share this video, show it to your friends and help make India a healthier place. A healthy place is a happy place. And by doing this you would be contributing to making India a better and healthier place to live(eat healthy and stay healthy).
