Allergists and clinical immunologists are specialists trained to evaluate, diagnose, prescribe allergy medication, and manage children and adults with the following types of medical problems and/or conduct allergy testing to find out diseases of the respiratory tract including allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, asthma, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, and occupational lung diseases
