SimpliHealth Private Limited (“us”, “we”, or “SimpliHealth”, which also includes its affiliates) is the author and publisher of the internet resource (“Website”) on the world wide web as well as the software and applications provided by SimpliHealth, including but not limited to the mobile application ‘SimpliHealth’, and the software and applications of the brand names ‘SimpliHealth’ (together with the Website, referred to as the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, disclose and protect Personal information about the Users of the Services, including the Practitioners (as defined in the Terms of Use, which may be accessed via the following weblink (the “Terms of Use”), the End-Users (as defined in the Terms of Use), and the visitors of Website (jointly and severally referred to as “you” or “Users” in this Privacy Policy). We created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy and your personal information. Your use of and access to the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in our Terms of Use.

This can include any information in or about the content (including without limitation, any text, information, graphics, messages, photos, images, location of a photo, the date a file was created, nutritional information contributing to the Nutritional Database, data, questions, comments, suggestions or other content, including personally identifiable information that you upload, send, email, display, perform, distribute, post or otherwise transmit to us, at our request or on your own, or through the Services whether in connection with your use of the Services or through the use of any Third Party Websites or Third Party Services or otherwise, and whether publicly posted or privately transmitted.
  4. Your Messages – We store messages, photos, videos and documents from your chats on our servers so that you can access your chat data from any of your devices anytime without having to rely on third-party backups. All data is stored encrypted. Our developers do not access the user data.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Content through our Apps or Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services or Apps and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services or Apps, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Information collected through our Apps

If you use our Apps, we may also collect the following information:

  1. Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services like tagging your location to a post. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

  8. Mobile Device Data – We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.
  9. Push Notifications – We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use personal information collected via our Services or Apps for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

We use the information we collect or receive:

  1. To facilitate account creation and logon process; to send you marketing and promotional communications; To send administrative information to you; To track your nutrition intake, weight and fitness routine; Fulfill and manage your orders; To post testimonials.
  2. Request Feedback(s) in order to protect our Services and/or to enable user-to-user communications.
  3. To enforce our terms, conditions and policies for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and Contractual; To respond to legal requests and prevent harm.

  5. To analyze website and application usage, improve the website and mobile application content and product/service offerings, and customize the website and application content, layout and services.

To resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote safe trading; measure consumer interest in the software provided by us; inform you about online and offline products, services, and updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error; fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms of use; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

To collate the personal information about yourself, both present and also past which shall further be correlated with any other social media or social website like Facebook, Twitter, etc. including your medical history but the same shall be used in a manner which is not prejudicial to your interest.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

Please refer to our Cookie Policy posted on the Website/Mobile Application, which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy. By using the Website/Mobile Application, you agree to be bound by our Cookie Policy.

You can visit our website without giving away your personal information. We may use cookies, Google Analytics, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Website/Mobile Application to help customize the Website/Mobile Application and improve your experience and analyse how the Website/Mobile Application is used. The information collected by Google Analytics is anonymous Traffic Data on the website. We do not collect any additional information such as name, age, gender, etc upon your usage of the Website without the need to create an account.

The data subject may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies through our website by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used, and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Furthermore, already set cookies may be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all popular Internet browsers. Website Analytics

HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

Our Services or Apps offer you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Google logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile Information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, e-mail address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public.

    3. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. Opting out of Email marketing/SMS Marketing/TextMessage/Whatsapp Marketing/Any Other Social Media Marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails and “optout” instructions in the text messages/whatsapp/any other social media marketing that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.     2. Access your account settings and update preferences.

While we endeavour to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you and prevent unauthorized access, you acknowledge that the internet is not 100% secure and that we cannot provide any absolute assurance regarding the security of your personal information.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
